I have been using Top Producer for 8 years. It is an incredible program and Top
Producer's technical support when needed is terrific! My advice - don't teach yourself,
but learn it by the process that Top Producer recommends. I initially taught myself
and taught myself incorrectly and had to re-enter some data. I now call Top Producer
for every question and they are efficient and so willing to help. It is worth every
penny I pay! I can't begin to tell you how many commissions I have earned because
of this incredible program! By the way, I have been the Top Producer for my company
four out of seven years in selling real estate. The program is phenomenal!

Top Producer definitely has quite a learning curve, but I think it is by far the
best that I have tried and used. I keep trying others to see if I can save money,
but I always go back to Top Producer.
Over the years I have tried ACT, Outlook of course, Agent360, Agent Office, AA for
Outlook, Goldmine, and Realty Juggler. All have certain aspects of Top Producer,
but none is the complete package that Top Producer is. I used to be in Information
Technology and Top Producer adds new features regularly and always stays several
steps ahead of the competition.
It is much more than a contact manager. There are many great contact managers, but
Top Producer goes much further than just contact management.

As Team Leader for a growing Market Center of over 100 agents, the KW version of
TP7i is proven invaluable to me and the new Team I am building. I only moved to
KW since late January, so the convenience of having the 33 touch, 8X8, and 12 direct
programs preloaded saved me time I didn't have to give if I had to load these myself!
Also, because the recruiting letters come pre loaded, I use 7i for Recruiting 8-12
agents per month!
I use the scheduling module for all my business and personal appointments and the
reminder service is awesome. In the busy times, one can easily forget an important
appointment, but with the reminder service, you always make it!

I'll have to say that I love Top Producer. It is very easy to use and has some great
features. I am a "tech" guy, and when I got into real estate I thought I'd write
a custom app in access or I'd use ACT which is the most well know client contact
manager for salesman (all types, but they just came out with a special real estate
version). There are things that ACT can't do, that Top Producer does, which is why
I still use and pay for Top Producer for over 3 years now.
I've been an e-pro for over 3 years now, I've read a lot of postings about Top Producer,
I've seen a lot of negative posts. Most were by people who were mistaken and just
didn't know how to use the program properly. I've seen people complain about things
like "I don't want all my data on a server.....", well... I'll tell you it's wonderful
having my data on a server, I go from my home computer, to my laptop, to my office
computer, to any computer in the world and have all of my contact info as well as
my emails and everything else I need to run my business.
I've been on vacation in Florida, stopped in a Kinko’s and was able to work as well
as when I'm home, since it doesn't matter where you run 7i from.. all of your data,
letters, files, emails are there for you.....
Yes, some of the template letters are not so great. I've bought template letters
from other companies as well..... none of them are perfect. I modify almost all
of the template letters I use. I add to some, change others, etc... the idea is
to make them your own....
The program is very easy to use. Some of the more advanced parts take a little bit
more time to learn, but within the first day you can master the basics. Like anything
else, if you spend a little time learning the program, it will really make your
job much easier.

With TP7i the Top Connector module works beautifully and imports pictures and everything.
No problem doing a CMA within TP7i.
With TP7i Mass e-mails are a breeze and the e-mail module is a lot more robust and
user friendly. This alone was what sold me on making the switch.
I also like that TP7i lets me create a flyer or other marketing piece and e-mail
a link that the customer can click to open the document rather than a large attachment
being sent.
I like the TP7i Client service docs as well that can be posted to the web where
I can also send the client a link in an e-mail.
I like the TP7i unsubscribe feature that a person can click so that I can be Can-Spam
compliant. It flags their record and prevents me from sending them another e-mail
- (though there is also the ability to override that in case they unsubscribed in
error).

I have used TP7i for the last 2 years, and wouldn't give it up for anything. My
entire business is built around it, from contact management to transaction management
to lead generation and follow-up. For example, I have several web sites that import
contact information from a prospect directly into Top Producer and automatically
kick off an e-mail "drip campaign". See an example at
www.HouseHuntWizard.com (don't fill out the form unless you want e-mails
from me for the next six months, though). I use TP7i along with Top Connector to
generate CMAs which are completely customizable and can be stored on Top Producer's
server so I only have to e-mail a link a client.
Top Producer announced that they and Zipforms are now able to interface directly,
so if you use TP7i and Zipforms you don't need to enter all your data twice. It
takes a commitment to use Top Producer to the fullest capacity, but it can be so
much more than a simple contact management system if you are willing to invest the
time and effort to learn it.

I have been using Top Producer for almost 2 years now, and I LOVE it! It can be
very overwhelming at first, but you just have to be patient, and play around with
the program to get more acquainted with it. The presentations are wonderful! You
can give your customers their own website to track the progress of their transactions,
and you can control what info shows up for them (or not). Top Producer has also
integrated the email feature to work with Outlook, so you can keep a running trail
of your emails with your clients, and/or other agents. I could go on and on about
this program, but one thing that I think is really a positive feature about this
program is that the people at Top Producer are very proactive and reactive to what
real estate agents need.
